• 100g castor Sugar (For Sprinkling)
• Dipping Sauce 150g Dark chocolate (70%)
• 150ml Double cream
• 10g Unsalted butter
• 1 stick Cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon dulce de leche or condensed milk
• 1 Vanilla pod
