  • 1 Star anise
  • 1 stalk Cinnamon
  • 1 string Pandan leaf, tied into knot
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Toasted grated coconut (kerisik)
  • AS1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
  • 1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Thick soy sauce (caramel)
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 50 g Palm sugar, minced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chili paste
  • 3 stalks Lemongras
  • 1 inch Galangal
  • 1 Red onion
  • 7 Shallot
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ cup Water
