Ingredients

• 1 cup Wood ear mushrooms
• 1 cup Carrot
• ½ cup Shittake mushrooms
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Tofu
• 500 ml Water
• 2 tbsp Corn starch
• ½ tsp White pepper
• 1 tbsp Diced ginger
• 2 tsp Light soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
• ½ tsp Sea salt
• 1 tbsp Cooking oil
• 1 tbsp Sesame oil
• 1 tsp Sambal chilli sauce
