Ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh herbs, chopped (rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper, freshly ground
• 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt (or to taste)
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces/170-225g each)
