A lovely vegetarian sandwich where the the smoky mushroom in combination with herbs and feta cheese makes your taste buds tingle. Suitable for both the BBQ buffet as well as for the picnic.

- 0.5 dl chives
- 1 shallot
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 box cress
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- Santa Maria Rock Salt
- Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp roasted onions
- 6 portobello mushrooms
- 10 mushrooms
