• 1 tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce
• 3 tbsp Country Bob’s Cajun Seasoning
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
• Sliced avocado for serving
• 4 English muffins
• 4 bacon strips
