ODDBIRD'S TURKISH EZME DIP RECIPE – OddBird Co.

Ingredients

• 3 large tomatoes
• 1 green or red bell pepper
• I onion
• 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
• Juice of one lemon
• 1tsp pomegranate molasses
• 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste (tomato paste is an acceptable sub)
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried allepo pepper/rep pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon sumac
• 1 teaspoon of mint
• Salt and pepper to taste
