Ingredients

• 3 tbsp Pork Lard (or Butter)
• 1 1/2 pounds Yellow Onions (chopped)
• 1 1/2 pounds Stewing Beef (cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
• 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 2 Red Bell Peppers (cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
• 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
• 2 Tomatoes (diced)
• 1/4 cup Hungarian Sweet Paprika
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds (cruched)
• 5 cups Beef Broth
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 2 Carrots (diced)
• 2 medium Potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
