• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 onions, sliced
• 2 red peppers, deseeded and sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 3 tsp smoked paprika
• 120 ml red wine
• 1 x 400 g tomatoes, tin chopped
• 600 ml beef stock
• 2 bay leaves
