Mini Cheesecake recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• 250grm cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 and ½ teaspoon ghas powder
• Add in the filling chopped Cadbury chocolate.
• Tennis biscuits crushed mix with melted butter.
• Add in the filling red color and strawberry essence
• Add in the filling passion fruit pulp and egg yellow food color.
• 1 tin passion fruit pulp
• Add ⅓ cup sugar and 2-3 tablespoon apricot jam.
