• 7 cups of Chicken Stock
• 1 Large Onion, chopped
• 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
• 1 Jalapeno, seeded ad chopped
• 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder
• 1 Tsp of Cumin
• 1 tsp of Dried Oregano
• 1 Tsp of Coriander
• 1 28oz can of Hominy, drained and rinsed
• 1 pound of cooked Turkey, shredded
• For Topping,
• Fresh Cilantro
• Lime Juice
• Chopped Avocados
