Amore tomato paste | Mutti Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 kg of sebago potatoes sliced thinly about 1 mm thick (Hint: don’t wash them, you want to keep the starch on them)
• 2 brown onions, skin removed and chopped roughly
• 5 tins of 400 g Mutti Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 tube of 130 g Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
• 2 Italian salami whole, cut 2 mm thick
• 1 bunch green onions
• 3 teaspoons of dry yeast
• 500 g strong bread flour
• olive oil
• salt to taste
