Salt & Pepper Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet or 1 whole chicken
• 1 onion grated
• 3 tablespoon mayyonaise
• 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeroo 1 teaspoon whole dhana
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric)
• 1 tablespoon garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon green masala
• green chillies to taste 2 potatoes cut into wedges with skin
• 1 sweet potato cut into rings
• 2 carrots cut into rings
