Ingredients

• 1 chicken, washed & disjointed
• 1 onion chopped fine
• ¼ lb. butter
• 1 unripe or green tomato chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ¼ teaspoon tea masala (optional)
• 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 tablespoon oats
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 tablespoon Plain Yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
