Salt & Pepper Chicken recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• Few tablespoons oil
• 2 red chillies, sliced
• 1-2 small cloves garlic, minced
• 500g chicken fillet, cubed chunky
• 2 medium carrots, cut in batons
• Handful of brown mushrooms, halved
• 4 big potatoes, peeled and cubed chunky
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons black peppercorns, pounded coarsely
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, pounded coarsely
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• Sprinkle of brown sugar
• Dash of white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Minnies Aged Chilli sauce, or to taste
• Few tablespoons of milk- just to make it moist
