• 2 Italian tomatoes, cut into small cubes
• 2 cups corn kernels
• ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
• 2 tbsp juice and ½ tbsp lime zest
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
• Salt and pepper from the mill
