• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 15 ounces ricotta cheese room temperature, 15 ounces = 1 ¾ cups
• ¼ cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
• ⅓ cup candied red cherries chopped medium-fine
• ⅓ cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
