Paliria Dolmas with tomato salad - Paliria

Ingredients

• 4 oil rusks
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• For the salad:
• 1 package of 280g Paliria Dolmas, stuffed vine leaves with rice & herbs
• 1 chopped tomato
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoons spearmint, finely chopped
• 1 cucumber cut into small cubes
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
• Salt & pepper
