Ingredients

• 2 lb. beef roast
• 1 onion, diced
• ½ cup water
• 1 packet Riega® Barbacona Seasoning
• 2 large onions, chopped
• 2 bell peppers, chopped
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 1 packet Riega® Taco Seasoning OR Riega® Organic Chili Seasoning
• 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
• 2 cans navy beans drained and rinsed
• 2 28 oz. cans crushed tomato
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Shredded cheese for garnish (optional)
• Jalapenos, diced for garnish (optional)
