This is one of Barbara's favorite recipes. She first ate this at a restaurant in Palo Alto and has savored it ever since. Try it. You'll love it, too.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup + 2-3/4 Tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 2 dried chiles de arbol
- 1 plum tomato, minced
