- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 jalapeño pepper, diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
