- 700g stewing steak, cubed
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2 red peppers (approx 250g), sliced into 5 cm strips
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped and crushed
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 450ml warm water
- ¾ cup chopped parsley
- Zest of one lemon
- 150g frozen peas
- 150g button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
