- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, deveined and deseeded, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- 6 corn tortillas, cut in fourths and lightly fried
- 4 eggs
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste (optional)
- Cilantro, to taste (optional)
