• 1 tsp of fish sauce
• 0.5 tsp of sugar
• 0.5 tsp of salt
• 3 tsp of olive oil
• 1 onion
• 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
• 1 dash of pepper
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 cups of watercress leaves
