- 3 egg yolks, (from large eggs)
- 50g of golden caster sugar
- 10g of cornflour
- 40g of blackberries
- 1 tbsp of water
- 100g of plain flour
- 30g of muscovado sugar
- 40g of cobnuts, skinned and chopped
- 20g of jumbo porridge oats
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 80g of butter
