Simple vegetable delights…broccoli ‘lasagne’ | The Kitchen Playground

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 – 2 heads mixed broccoli and cauliflower (or just just broccoli if that’s what you have), cut into small florets, stems peeled and sliced
• 500g cottage cheese
• 1/4 cup shaved grana padano that got all dried out when the Bread Winner left it out on the kitchen bench whil you were at a kinder committee meeting*
• 1 1/2 cups grated tasty cheese
• 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, sliced
