- 250g plain flour
- 250g chestnut flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Dregs of sheep’s yoghurt cheese in oil
- Handful baby spinach
- Scrag end of tomato leftover from lunch cut with scissors into tiny strips
