Maple Syrup Pork Crispy Chinese Ravioli - Maple from Canada

Ingredients

• 225g lean ground pork
• 6 white mushrooms, chopped
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp maple sugar
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
• 1 clove of garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 24 won-ton wrappers
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp soy sauce, for the dip
• 1 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
