Curried Lentil Rice - Patak's

Ingredients

• 1 can (540 ml) lentils, rinsed and drained
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp Patak’s ® Hot Curry Spice Paste
• ¼ cup water
• 2 cups cooked white rice
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• Juice of half a lemon
