Ingredients
- 4 LGCM Boneless Pork Chops (Order 1/2″ NY cut chops)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup Almond Flour (more)
- 1 Egg (if needed)
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (1 very large)
- Vegetable Oil (or 2 medium – beaten)
- 5 Tbsp Ketchup (white)
- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (for frying)
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- Lay the pork chops on a flat surface and pound them to approximately 1/4″ thickness. Season on both sides to your taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1″ of oil in a large frying pan, and fry the pork chops until the exterior is golden. Do not overcrowd the pan, you may need to do several batches.
- Once the pork chops are done frying, let rest for 3 minutes, then cut into strips and drizzle with dipping sauce. Serve with freshly chopped cabbage and enjoy!
