Ingredients

• Salsa:
• 4 medium tomatoes, quartered
• 1 jalepeno, chopped
• 1/2 cup loose cilatro
• 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
• juice of one lime
• 2 tablespoons salt
• Burger:
• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1 lb ground sirloin
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• Black Bean Cheese Topping:
• 1 can Black Beans, drained
• 1 4-ounce package cream cheese
• 6 large ciabatta rolls
• 6 slices sharp chedder cheese
