• 4 ears of corn, husked (about 1.5 kg)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
• 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
• 1 tsp chili powder (5 g)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (2 g)
• Zest of 1 lime
• 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese (120 g)
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (30 g)
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
