• 5 oz. pkg. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, *squeezed to drain
• 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
• 1/4 cup Sliced green onion
• 1/4 cup Sliced celery
• 3 large Round tomatoes cut into tulip shape**
• 1 Tbl. Sunflower nuts (seeds)
• 1 cup Long grain rice
• 3 cups Water
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 Tbl. Oil or butter
