- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin all of oil, plus more for brushing
- Freshly ground pepper
- 8 small cocktail tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Kosher salt
- 3-4 Tablespoons Roasted Garlic Pepper Jelly
