• 3 tbsp cornflour
• 100 g (4 oz) mushrooms, sliced
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced

• 50 g (2 oz) baby corn, sliced
• 300 ml (1/2 pint) chicken stock
• 1 tbsp honey
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp light brown sugar
• 2 tsp Thai 7 Spice
