• 1/2 cup ice water
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil, divided
• 1 onion, small dice
• 2 teaspoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
• 2 tablespoons turkey fat or butter
• 1/2 white onion, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups turkey stock
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
