Ingredients

• 1 recipe Traditional Pastry Piecrust dough for a 9-inch single-crust pie (page 5)
• 1/4 cup heavy cream (to glaze the crimped pie edges)
• 8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 1/2 cup dark raisins
• 1/2 cup oatmeal (I use Old Fashioned Quaker Oats)
• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
• 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce (page 189)
