• 3-4 tbs sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 tbs yeast
• 4 tbs melted butter
• 1 cup lukewarm milk
• 2 cups sugar
• 3-4 Tbsp water
• 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
