Spicy Limeapeno Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 & 1/2 lbs. of 15% fat beef burger
• 4 jalapenos finely chopped
• 1/2 red onion (1/4 minced & 1/4 roughly chopped)
• 1 tsp. of kosher salt
• 1 tsp. of fresh cracked pepper
• zest & juice of one large lime
• 1 large or 2 small avocados cut into small chunks
• 3 tomatillo tomatos cut into small chunks
• 10 grape tomatoes cut in 1/2
• 6 slices of pepperjack cheese
• 6 pub style buns
• 1/2 c. mayonaise
• 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
• 2 tsp. original hot sauce
• 1 tsp. cajun spice
