- cooking oil spray
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 medium brown onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 3 teaspoons mild curry powder
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 cup beef stock
- 280 grams packet (4) naan bread
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped mint, plus extra leaves, to serve
- mixed salad, to serve
