• 2 tbsp. sour cream or plain yogurt
• 1 tbsp. lime juice
• 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro you can use 1 tsp dried cilantro instead
• 1 tsp. agave nectar
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
• dash of red pepper flakes
• 2 c. thawed frozen corn I used white and gold corn
• 1 ripe avocado diced
