A delicious dipping sauce for spring rolls! I like to put it on pork chops or shrimp too, served over rice. Please Note: The sauce will be very thin.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons nuoc nam (fish sauce)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 dried red peppers (the tiny ones)
- 1/2 limes, juice of or 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup water, maybe a little less
