• 500 g Premium beef mince
• 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
• 4 tins Crushed tomatoes, 420g tin
• 1 tin Corn, 420g tin
• 1/2 tsp Ground paprika
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Mexican chilli powder, medium
• 1/5 tsp Sugar
• 1/5 tsp Salt
• 1/5 tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Garlic powder or crushed cloves
• 3 tsp Ground cumin
• .5 cup Lettuce
• 1 tub Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Grated Cheese
• 2 tsp Sour Cream
