Zucchini Ribbon Lasagna Delight

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 2 cups of your favorite tomato sauce
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 firm zucchinis, ends trimmed and sliced lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick strips
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups fat free ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced
