Double Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 tsp raw cashew
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/2 date of the Medjull variety
• The juice of 1 lemon
• 6 small sweet potatoes (or 3 large ones)
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup pecans
• 1 tsp rosemary leaves
