• 2 T Balsamic vinegar
• 1 T Colavita extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 tsp kosher salt
• 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• Patties:
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• Colavita extra virgin olive oil, for brushing the grill rack
