Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. sugar

• 1/2 stick well-chilled Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
• 3 to 6 Tbsp. ice cold water
• FILLING
• 1 envelope unflavoured gelatin
• 1 1/4 C. thawed frozen passion fruit pulp, pureed, or fresh passion fruit puree
• 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 C. cold heavy cream
• 1/3 C. powdered sugar
• 3 Tbsp. grated white chocolate or white chocolate curls
