• 1 cup sour soy milk (place 1 tablespoon vinegar in a cup and fill the rest with soy milk) or other parve milk
• 2–3 tablespoons oil
• 1–2 tablespoons oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 7 ounces (200 grams, or about 1 and 1/2 boxes) fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tablespoon Knorr Mushroom Soup Mix
• 2 tablespoons Glicks Flour
