• 1 small yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
• ½ cup sliced roasted red bell peppers
• 2 medium Yukon gold potatoes, about 12 ounces , peeled and cut into ½-inch chunks
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 2 medium tomatoes, about 10 ounces , cored and coarsely chopped
• 1 cup bottled clam juice
