Fiesta Tamale Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 pound ground pork
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
• 14.5 ounces canned stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
• 1 large egg
• 8.5 ounces cornbread/muffin mix
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 6 ounces canned tomato paste
• 1/3 cup whole milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
